It's a traditional house in the Vendeen style - these kind of houses are called "longere". It is made of a main building which measures 180 square meter on the ground with a 50 square meter raised floor. The raised part of the building is actually the old hayloft which at the origin was on top of the stable.
The whole building has heaters linked to a domestic oil boiler. In the three main rooms - bedroom, lounge, and dining room - there are television plugs linked to an aerial.
This house has three bedrooms one of which is large. Alongside you have a bathroom, a shower room, two restrooms, and a summer kitchen, which overlooks the outside terrace. In summer the terrace is protected from the sun by a wisteria. Upstairs is a large office overlooking the paddocks nearby. In the dining room and lounge there are two fireplaces (hearth) perfect for winter evenings.
